Run by co-owners Ariane and Michael Duarte, both Culinary Institute of America graduates. Ariane is the executive chef with Michael serving as the host and dessert chef. Ariane also appeared as a Top Chef on Bravo Networks Top Chef series.
The interior is set in a modest open small dining area with large plate glass windows, a copper-painted pressed tin ceiling, and khaki-colored walls adorned with paintings of Ariane's aunt Annette Lieblein. The tables are placed comfortably apart for quiet conversation. The servers are neatly dressed in black pants and button-down shirts.
The French menu has many selections with strong influences of the Mediterranean, Italy, France, and Asia, using fresh, quality ingredients.
They have several nice touches beginning with buttery homemade croissants served instead of bread followed by the amuse-bouche offered to excite your taste buds.
CulinAriane is open for dinner only, Wednesday–Saturday.
Outside seating is available during the warmer months.
