Cubby's BBQ is a Hackensack eatery with a family-friendly, cafeteria-like atmosphere and a menu that covers the full range of BBQ food.
It is one of the best BBQ's in Northern NJ
The service is fast, the portions are huge, and the price is reasonable. No wait staff, just pick up your order at the counter.
Cubby's' signature serving is the very tasty and tender, center-cut, pulled pork sandwich The sauce is a little on the sweet side but it goes well with pork.
They serve up very good, ribs, burgers, chicken, buffalo wings buckets, roast beef, and even fish, steak and hot dogs.
On weekends Cubby's BBQ gets crowded with a line out the door. Plan on getting there early.
If you have a large group, they can arrange for parties up to 500.
