Restaurant Review

This restaurant is located in the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Princeton and offers fine dining in an attractive setting.

The atmosphere is elegant and romantic, with three tiers overlooking waterfalls, Koi-filled fish ponds, and numerous green plants.

The dishes are well prepared and creative, although a bit pricey.

Their menu specializes on most american favorites, especially steak and seafood.

Recommended favorites include; Orzo Breast of Chicken with egg butter, lemon, pine nuts and vegetable orzo; Duck Two Ways with breast of duck, leg of duck confit, sautéed mushrooms, dumplings with fruit chutney; Grilled Filet Mignon with mushroom bread pudding, asparagus, and roasted tomato with madeira sauce; and Crab Cakes with remoulade sauce, grilled asparagus and Yukon mashed potatoes.

Save room for dessert, their Apple Kutchen and Praline Cheesecake are excellent.

The staff is well managed and friendly, and is family, child friendly.

Sunday brunch is outstanding and a favorite with area residents and college student parents.
