Chakra Restaurant in Paramus is an unbeatable romantic dining experience. We went there for our 5th anniversary and found it to be everything we expected and more. The décor inside is soft with candles everywhere and fabric panels hanging from ceiling to floor, a softly lit stone water wall, Asian throw rugs, and silk-tented bungalows.

The menu is New American with a European influence. They have many varieties of seafood dishes though we had the Sashimi and the short ribs and they were sumptuous.

This is a special occasion restaurant so be prepared to shell out big bucks. We will definitely go back next year for our 6th anniversary.
