Ashes is an upscale steakhouse & cigar club with an attractive decor and a lively bar scene. Be forewarned though, if you are not a smoker you may find it offensive as the filtering system is not able to adequately cleanse the air of the smell of cigars. The decor is spectacular with a large island style, marble top, bar that attracts a trendy crowd The menu offers a good variety of quality prime aged beef and seafood, with very expensive prices. Their is an upscale dress code that requires collared shirts. The service while friendly and attentive, can be a little rough around the edges. For starters, try the Ahi Tuna Tar tare with seaweed salad and soy ginger slaw; and the Lump Crab Stuffed Mushrooms with citrus hollandaise.
