Fusion 2 is the sister restaurant of Kenji Fusion in Trenton and has a similar upscale, eclectic New York Style ambiance. This popular BYOB serves up creative, well prepared Asian Fusion, Japanese, French and Brazilian dishes. Fusion 2's interior is eclectic with an Asian theme. As you enter you will view an attractive, round, elevated sushi bar highlighted by a creative fiber optic lit waterfall from about 10 feet above the bar to the floor, black ceilings, a stone wall, and stainless steel features on the walls. In addition to the sushi bar, the seating also has hibachi tables, with one in the private room, booths, and standard tables comfortably spaced apart with views of the rock wall and flat panel TV's, They are open for lunch and dinner and have a wide selection of creative and well prepared menu items. In addition the the sushi bar and Hibachi, the popular ala carte items are: When available, for dinner starters, the: Fusion Sashimi; the BBQ Baby Back Ribs; and the Confit Crepe, duck confit filled with buckwheat crepe and black cherry port reduction. When available for dinner entrees: The Fusion Omakase, a multi course tasting menu prepared to have you experience a range of Fusion 2's cooking; The BBQ Kobe Beef; and the Japanese Wagyu Steak. They are child friendly with a kids menu.
